We purchase our products during buying trips to numerous destinations. All our products are personally handpicked by ourselves during those buying sessions at specific stores.
How is the Threadmarket team able to go overseas all the time?
Travelling is a very big part of our day job (yaay!). And on top of that, we go on plenty of personal trips. That's how!
Are the items sold on Threadmarket original?
Yes! We do not sell any imitation items on Threadmarket. We support the development of fashion and appreciate creative talents and therefore do not sell imitations.
I do not want to disclose my credit card details. Can I still make payment via credit card?
Yes, you can still use your credit card and make payment via PayPal. E-mail us for our merchant ID.
I live in Malaysia. Can I collect the product myself to save on delivery charges?
